LUPEROX® 331MO50
Luperox® 331MO50 is 1,1-di-(tert-butylperoxy) cyclohexane 50% active in mineral oil
#CAS 3006-86-8
Product overview
Luperox® 331MO50 polymer initiator is a peroxyketal organic peroxide for the polymerization of styrenics or curing of unsaturated polyester resins (UPR). When used for curing UPR, Luperox® 331MO50 offers higher reactivity (shorter cycle time) and longer pot life than t-butyl peroxybenzoate in most resin systems.
Luperox® 331MO50 can be blended with t-butyl peroctoate to offer even faster curing cycles. The di-radical produced by Luperox® 331MO50 will yield higher molecular weight styrenics, giving improved physical properties.
