LUPEROX^® A40W

LUPEROX® A40 is a low viscosity suspension in water. It is used in textile bleaching applications. It is also used to cure unsaturated polyester resins as well as acrylic resins both at room and high temperatures. Low viscosity allows to be easily pumped to quickly mixed in the resin. At high temperature (above 80°C) Dibenzoyl Peroxide suspension is suitable for pultrusion and hot molding applications. At ambient temperature it is required the use of tertiary aromatic amines (like dimethyl aniline, diethyl aniline or dimethyl p-toluidine) as activator. The peroxide/amines system gives quick gel and cure times.
