LUPEROX^® DH

Luperox® DH may generate free radicals by heating or by means of an activator. It is an appropriate initiator for the polymerization in mass, solution and emulsion. It may be used in the (co) polymerization of acrylonitrile, styrene and methacrylates. As its decomposition may be triggered by electron transfer processes it is predominantly used in the redox-initiated copolymerization of styrene and butadiene emulsion at low temperatures (0°C to 7°C, cold rubber process). Luperox® DH may also be used for the curing of unsaturated polyesters.
