Vul-Cup® 40KE crosslinking peroxide is free-flowing powder formulation with an active concentration of 40% peroxide on kaolin clay. Many users prefer to work with this formulation for easier handling and accurate addition to elastomer compounds.

Vul-Cup® R crosslinking peroxide, when heated, decomposes thermally to form alkoxy radicals that, in turn, abstract hydrogen from the polymer backbone, forming polymer radicals.
